本園老師均經嚴格甄選，俱為社會福利署註冊幼兒工作員及教育局註冊合格幼稚園教師，老師分別於香港專業教育學院(李惠利分校)、香港教育學院或浸會大學等接受培訓，並持有政府認可之幼兒教育高級文憑及學士學位。本園聘請專業英語教師及普通話教師，讓孩子接觸不同語言，亦設駐園社工支援家長服務。

100%老師持有「幼兒教育高級文憑」，其中58%持有「幼兒教育學士學位」，均符合教育局及社會福利署之專業要求。

Teachers in this kindergarten have been strictly selected, and they are all registered child care workers of the Social Welfare Department and qualified kindergarten teachers registered by the Education Bureau. Government-recognized Higher Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. We have professional English teachers and Putonghua teachers to expose children to different languages. There are also social workers in our kindergarten to support parents.
