藍如溪盛成皿教育基金為伯特利中學校友組成，於一九七九年正式成立，向政府註冊為非牟利有限公司。成立之初，蒙各校友及社會人士慷慨捐助，先後以免息貸款資助清貧學生，使其繼續升學，贊助社會公益活動，捐助奬學金予伯特利中學優異生等。又於八六年，向政府申請在沙田開辦「藍如溪盛成皿教育基金邊陳之娟幼兒園」，歷年深受家長歡迎，逐再於九七年於荃灣開辨「藍如溪盛成皿教育基金邊耀良幼兒園」。由2005年9月起，本幼兒園已根據教育條例註冊合拼為「幼兒/稚園」。
本園於2009年2月9日及11日通過了第一次質素評核、2015年3月16日、17日及19日通過了第二次質素評核和2022年5月30日、31日及6月2日通過了第三次質素評核，可繼續參與學券計劃。

Alice Lan & Vera Shen Education Fund formed by alumni of Bethel Middle School, it was officially established in 1979 and registered with the government as a non-profit-making limited company. Then in 1997, “AL & VS EDUCATION FUND GORDON PEI NURSERY” in Tsuen Wan.
